Cute! However, I get more of a kick out of the handicap plates on a bike! You must have NO problem with parking!

Doctors simply issue a prescription of sorts to allow acknowledge you are in need, not what vehicle they apply to. So the DMV has to issue you one for whatever vehicles you operate, are titled and registered in your name.

I have degenerative arthritis, so my walking is limited. I have handicap plates on my truck as well. I'll give up riding a bike when I'm dead.....
Hi Ken,
I'd just walked as far as the Handicapped parking from the back row of the car park when a car pulled into one of the slots.
The driver that got out looked and moved like a football player.
WTF, I thought, look at that cheeky bastard! Then I noticed his prosthetic arm. Guess I'd rather walk my out of shape self from the back row, eh?
If there comes a time when you can still work the rods and levers but can't hold the bike up when it's stopped, hang a sidecar on it and buy yourself another decade.

First thing I did was section the luggage rack to lower it; I cut 2 1/2 inches out of the uprights that effectivaly lowered the deck 1 1/2 inches and moved it forward about an inch. Every XS11 luggage rack I ever saw was too tall for my taste. After that I figured I could get a .30 cal ammo box to fit between the rack and taillight.
After cleaning up the box, I welded a piece of strap steel on the side of the box to go across the rack, and one on the bottom (now back) for support. I then welded the entire unit to the rack (I hate rattles), but before welding it permanent, I welded some blind nuts on the rack for the tour pack.
Some black wrinkle paint and there's a decent tool box. Just make sure it's centered and the latch clears the rack.
