I see all too often on here, people getting upset in posts. I've recently joined a couple of other forums and I see the same happening there too. A recent post addressing this issue seems to fit the situation here....

"In my opinion there are 2 kinds of threads, in this forum. One being the "Help me this is going on" and the "This is how I do it"....in my opinion the "Help" threads are the place for the different opinions and alternative methods. With the exception, I'm about to really screw up. I feel like when someone here no matter who, starts a "How-To" thread, we all, pirates or not, owe that person enough respect to shut our mouths long enough for said person to make there post and tell their story. You don't get to disagree with where I came from or how I grew up. So I don't think there is a place for disagreeing with someones method until they are finished with their piece. We are all smart enough to know that everything we try isn't going to work, but that is how we got where we are to this point. If you disagree with said method and feel you need to say something or want to tell your method. Start your own thread. Said thread is for discussing said method. I know for me, I can attest that there are many ways to do things, barrel work, stock mods, scope mounting, we all have "OUR" way. I have used several methods from this site with better than average results. You have that right, thanks to the men and women of our Military. If we all try to keep that in mind I think we will have less trouble in the future with miscommunications."
I just felt some on here might agree with what he said. Some have a project going and need some help with a 'sticking point', not a bashing of their project. Others post their finished work and ask "so, what do you think?", then get upset that some may not like what has been done.
(I've been getting back into firearms lately)
