our trips are never uneventful. one of the cats had plugged solid on the way down. we had to drop the pipe from the manifold to complete the trip.

but the prize was worth the trials thanks again Tom!

Looks like a great addition! Do you know where the saddlebags came from or what kind they are? Very cool!

        bags

The saddle bags and trunk came off a 1972 Honda 750. With a little jury rigging they fit perfect. Gearsnd show them a picture of the other seat that came with the bike, and do not what the seat came off of. The person i got it from said it came off a Harley??? He did not show you pictures of the bikes in the trailer. A 6' by 12' trailer with 4 xs11 in there, TIGHT fit 2 of them full dress. Plus 3 extra fairings and set of saddle bags and trunk. When you get the 78 running put up some pictures of it. Thanks for buying them. Tom

sorry i didn't take that particular picture. wish i had lol. we were all a bit tired after driving all night. i will have to get together with shannon sometime and get them from him lol. yes it was a REAL tight fit. we had to try a few different configurations but we managed to get it all either in/on the trailer or in the burban, and home safe without damaging any of the bikes. there will surely be pics to come of the 78 back in action. shannons boy was also very excited about that one. will have to get a pic of the other seat in the next couple of days. i think i have an idea for mounting the secondary seat for the set btw

now thats how ya load a trailer lol
however must admit we didnt manage to think to undress the bikes for the trip. overall i think it worked out just fine. the unloading process was no mess and quick. no figuring out which seats and tanks went where after 32 hours on the road and maybe 4 hours of sleep each.
