    awesome! you guys are fantastic. I make a post, I leave for a few days for new years, I come back, and BAM. tons of great information for me.

    Thanks I read through those articles and am going to go try some helmets on later today and think about it.

    I'll probably go full face... even though 3/4 with a bubble shield looks so good....

      I use both full coverage and 3/4 helmets........likely use the 3/4 more just cause of convenience and some peripheral vision is lost using my HJC full coverage. Multi-lane traffic is where I have issues using the full coverage, and could likely be when I should have the full coverage on but don't...........kind of a catch22 realizing the lower jaw area is left exposed. The hinged modulars I like, but if left in up position don't accomplish what they are intended to protect either.
