Keep in mind when using paypal as a payment method here that sending the money as a gift to avoid the fees is not a good idea. As I stated here http://www.xs11.com/forum/showthread.php?t=34064 you have no way of filing a buyer dispute when sent as a gift and so if something goes wrong with the sale you are at the wim of the seller.

Of course, that makes sense. You should never send $ as a "gift" unless you trust the person on the other end. By doing that, you're essentially breaking the terms of use for PayPal anyway. The fees they take out are the insurance that allows you to file a dispute.1980 XS850SG - Sold

I used PAYPAL to pay Bremzen Brakes, and when they stiffed me, PAYPAL did not fix it. I turned it over to a lawyer. I guess PAYAL only covers eBay? I will no longer use it unless it is necessary.Marty (in Mississippi)
