  • Fairing mounts SG

I just ran across this on Ebay and since it is a frequent topic I thought it should be posted here.

I hope someone here who is without can benefit.

Ok, what is a silverbird II fairing? I've never heard of that one. Vetter made two basic fairings that they had mounts for the XS11's for, and both of those mounts were IIRC one piece mounts, not a two piece like the one in the auction.

I wonder if you can even find the fairing that goes on this mount? Seems the mount isn't worth a whole lot if you don't have the fairing.

I was always taught to respect my elders, but it keeps getting harder to find one.

The silverbird was a fairing from what I understand that Pacifico made for the smaller model XS's for Yamaha. That definitely is a Pacifico mount, and from what I can make out on that instruction sheet in the picture it says pretty much exactly what his auction title says.
