I have had trouble logging in intermittently for four or five months. A couple months ago, I couldn't get into the site for over two weeks.
About one month ago, I discovered that if I continually press the "try again" button in my browser I can log in after 5 to 15 attempts.
A tiny bit of a nuisance, but well worth the effort.
