I want to redo my wiring on my MS system and have been trying to find a source to get lots of different colors/patterns of wires without buying 20 separate rolls. I thought about buying a harness on ebay and stripping it down, but I don't like the idea of using old wire. I only need 4-5 feet and maybe a dozen or so different colors/patterns. Anyone have any ideas?

Hmmm, I don't have an answer for you but I am also trying to find some wire. I am looking for some very small gauge wire for LED lights. I want to run 2 wires through the mounting bolt (thats a real small hole) so I can have front running lights.Nathan

2 wires?
You only need one wire if the mounting bolt is attached to the bike where it's grounded.You can't stay young forever, but you can be immature for the rest of your life...

I just don't understand I guess. You need a hot lead and a ground for any LED I've ever seen...You can't stay young forever, but you can be immature for the rest of your life...

Telephone wire Nate. You know, the stuff with 4 little wires encased in sheathing?
It's real small and it conducts really well. I've used that stuff on car stereo speakers before, It should be OK for LEDs.Greg

As Fred started eluding to, if you use the turn signals as running lights also then you have to use a dual circuit bulb. With a dual circuit bulb you need 2 hot wires to operate the 2 circuits. One circuit for the turn signal and a second circuit for the running light. Both circuits still ground through the stem though.Nathan

That is EXACTLY what I was looking for but could not find. They have 49 different colors/combos. Minimum length is 5' (not bad). Definitely bookmarking that site. Not the cheapest but with that selection, you could match up to most factory colors. Now all I need is to see what I need. Thanks all.Try here:
