Either the bike in the picture is not the one you will get, or it's an old photo. Seller says tail lights, signal lights and all kinds of other stuff need to be installed.Richard

I had actually asked the seller that question, no intention of buy just curious. Very fast response, and very pleasant response. He said that the items were just placed there for pics (why he didnt just fasten them on at the same time I dont know) and it would maybe take the buyer an hour to properly bolt things down and he ready to go.Nathan
