Anyone need XS 650 parts?

I have a 1982 XS 650 that was disassembled for a top end job that was never done. I noticed that several people on this forum also have 650s and I have offering almost every imaginable part that may be needed. The parts will be on Ebay before too long but if you need someting, just ask. I will only charge S/H. Lets see what I have... Complete tranny gears in excellent cond., cyls in need of honing, cam & rocker box, head which needs one plug hole repaired, gas tank with no dents or rust, clutch, engine side covers, engine cases, and almost every other component. I'm cleaning out my shed and need room. I also have a CB-350 in parts if anyone needs anything. Oh, I also have the starter gear which always fails on the 650, it is in excellent condition.

Is the 350 all there? How much are you asking, and where are you located?

I could use some XS650 parts. I need a voltage regulator/rectifier (it's just in front of the lower part of the rear fender), center stand (my center stand is bent and It won't work), right hand control(with starter button) and the alternator rotor (I have the puller if you need it).

Let me know how much you want for the items.

The 350 is pretty much all there but I bought it disassembled. Someone tried to make a chopper out of it. I am located in Huntsville, AL. The speedometer is unfortunately broken.

Nashville_bill- I have all of the parts that you request. Again, all I will charge is S/H. I think that the parts could be shipped for $10-$15 but that is just a guess. Send me an email at foxjohnc@comcast.net and we will work on shipping.

If you still have the tachometer and it is mechanical drive, I would be very interested in it and the drive cable for it, and possibly the rear brake M/C and linkage, rear caliper, and mounting plate. rovjer@tds.net
