    But it's the TORSIONAL FORCE that will cause the crank to fail! It would just twist until it broke IF you put out full HP into a LOAD! I don't think it can put out near what he claims, but if it will run a 40 KW Genset it DOES have some balls!
    I'm STILL going to wait until I can see a running engine.

        Tesla is a genius, theres a lot of genius' from ages ago that if they were around today would be sent to a funny farm because of their ideas...ok, not because of their ideas, because their ideas became reality and that screws up a lot of rich peoples plans to stay rich...i dont remember who it was but i remember reading about a 1cyl engine that would put out the power a 4cyl would, but lowered the fuel consumption...the guy sold it off to a big motor company like GM or Ford and they squashed it because they figured they could make more money from it not existing...

            The site of Paul Pantone seems to have run out of fuel. The page was copyrighted in 2002 and last updated in 2006. Figure that??

                And while you are at it here is his story: an object lesson to those who refuse to sell out! I've heard for years about people who have invented some sort of device that will allow a car to run on water, or get staggeringly low gas mileage. Skeptics would always say: "Well that's just silly. Why such a device would be worth a fortune. Why doesn't he just keep the patent and manufacture the gizmo and make tons of money!" The answer is the classic "deal you can't refuse."

                My recently re-built, hopped up '79 Special caught fire and burned everything from the top of the engine up: gas tank, wiring, seat, & melted my windshield all over the front of the bike. Just bought a 1980 Special that has been non oped for 9 years. My Skoot will rise from the ashes and be re named "The Phoenix!"
                I've been riding since 1959.
