I know that left side cover is hard to find especially if it still locks, but I'd keep looking.

Before, he had a reserve on it... But now he lowered the BIN price by $20.

                    It's a STEAL at $130!

I've seen complete bikes sell for less than that.
(of course, the lock tab on the left side cover of those was probably broken)

                        Ebay surfing

I get a pretty good laugh just about everytime I surf ebay for parts. Some of the prices seller's are asking are absoulutely ridiculous. It's not hard to tell these people don't have a clue about the 11's.

I bought my bike for my dining room table and 80 bux...the guy figured it would take me a long time to get it running...cleaned the carbs real good and cleaned the tank out and had it running the next day on the second push of the button...oh yeah and the lock tab on the left side cover is 100% functional, not even a crack on it...

i paid 30 bux for the dining table in case you were wondering...i did refinish it however...but that cost me about 5 bux for stain, another 10 for clear gloss rattlecan, and 8 bux for a clear spar...no idea the amount for sand paper, i always have a plethera of it lying around anyway...so total im guessing was just over 50 bux...making for a grand total of 130 dollars...for an almost running bike...i'll put it this way, I have put maybe 100 bux into the bike so far and that includes what modifications i've done like the handlebars and bracket and pod filters...it cost me nothing to get it running...all pins and needles were disgusting, but shined up like they were brand new...no pits or cracks or scratches...

                            ---
I just sent the seller an email yall can read it here it is...

"you do realize that you will never get what your asking for a side cover right? i just dont want you to waste your time...if join the site XS11.com you might be able to research about how much u could get for it...i'm thinking about 30 bux max...good luck selling it though..."

That is alot to ask for a side cover, but never say never. Afterall, a Venturer tank is now worth $300.
