There is a 1979 xs11 on ebay right now that you need to see. This guy cut off the rear fender and "integrated" the rear tail light. He also glued a wrist watch on the tach. I don't know what he was thinking but he says it's a real head turner, I think it's more of a stomach turner myself. If you want to see this thing it is in "other yamaha" towards the bottom of the first page.

hi yes have seen it,i am waiting to see how the bidding goes as i am in the uk,if i get it the only thing i would do with it is break it for spares,i think you would find some use for parts of it ,
