Went for a ride this weekend and it turned out to be an extreme tire test. I wasn't planning on such a long ride because the rear tire was without tread. When I got back after a longer ride than I originally planned I looked at the rear tire this is what I found....

It's a Michelin, Pilot Activ with 4800 miles on it.... and the last bit of them was carving twisties with too much aggressive action. Luckily most of that wear was on the edges.
