      Never a loss for scandals.

      ESPN can start a few new shows in the meantime.

              I have been a Green Bay Packers fan since 1959!! I have had the utmost respect for Favorer's talent. That said, it seems that when he postponed retirement that first time, something went south in his brain. He is now reaping the consequences of his folly. I have lost all respect for him as a person and I am glad his sins are in the public spotlight. As for the Green Bay organization, I still admire them greatly.

                If Bret wants to play then why shouldn't he play, sure he's old, but better than most. I would think he would be a great backup for another 5 years. He could go into coaching after that. Hell he's the XS11 of the NFL. A little sloppy but still good. I could do without the Favre watch every year but I do think he should play as long as he wants to, or as long as they want him. I really couldn't care less.
                I'm a Steelers fan, We've got Big Ben to worry about. We could use a good backup.........

                    As a lifelong Vikings fan, I hope he's gone. One aspect of the Vike's 6 and 10 this year was a 2/3rds reduction in passing TDs and doubling of interceptions. I did kind of hope he could get into that last game for a farewell pick-6, but it was not to be. I can still see him throwing that cross-field pick-6 to the Saints last year instead of taking two steps and sliding for the first down and a game-winning field goal....

                      after greenbay was over he sit one more record for the books he is the only qb to have beaten every team in the NFL....including greenbay....after i made that milestone ...if i were him i would have packed it in....young mans sport and hes done been there a long time
