  • Darn! Ran out of nails!

Working on the addition today and we ran out of nails. Not enough day light to really go get more and continue...

    Whatever should we do?
77 degrees out... bikes got some needed attention this morning.
    So we rode...
Beautiful sunrise on the way out and a full moon on the way back.

    Perfect evening

Okay... so it wasn't a thrilling post. But with all of the stuff going on around here lately, I haven't been able to ride NEARLY as much as I'd like to...
I'm just giddy and had to share

Sure....want some salt to use while your at it!!!

I think we broke 30 today. Colder than a well diggers......well....its cold round here!!

Bike needs to get moved to keep flat spots off the tires!!

28 here today, hasnt been below 27 for a couple of weeks. 'course it IS Summer here. Unusual though, normally 23 is about as good as it gets this far south.

For those that cant be bothered converting thats roughly 83, 80 and 73.

Been doin lots of riding but mostly on the XJR. XS is resting.

Well, for those of us in the south with the warm weather, we're counting our blessings. By the way, just stepped outside in shorts and it's still comfortable.
Don? You DO like salt... yes?

If it's any consolation... when summer gets here and it's hot enough to fry an egg on our bike seats... y'all will have your revenge.

But for today? Going for another ride and will think fondly of y'all who are bundled up and shivering.

Actually, I'll be up on the roof putting shingles on the addition most of the day. The nice weather has been most opportune for our building project.
and riding... did I happen to mention it's beautiful here right now?

                Tom? I'm feelin' the love!

Of course not! You've got kids!

It finally got over freezing yesterday, but I've been riding everyday anyway. I pondered taking the Hippo Hands off for today, but decided against it.

Good point... and I wasn't even considering them with that statement... but they do seem to have it down. Good thing they're pretty awesome to make up for it though.

Cooled off here yesterday to 55°F (was 85° the day before) but still a LOT warmer than what you're having.
