    Venture Chain Tensioners

    There are presently 5 pairs of Venture cam chain tensioners on EBay. The MAX price is $19.99 for a pair. They are listed under "Yamaha Venture Chain".
    Use that for your search. A couple of them are "or best offer." Just thought I'd throw this out for anybody interested.
    1979XS1100SF
    K&N's and drilled airbox
    Jardine 4in1
    Dunlop Elite 3's
    JBM slide diaphragms
    142.5 main jets
    45 pilot jets
    T.C.'s fusebox & SOFA
    750/850 FD mod.
    XV 920 Needle Mod.

    I looked and all i seen were the chaine guides not the outside adjuster

      Ebay Search

      Bob, I just typed in "yamaha venture chain" and got 48 results. Of the 48 there were still 5 pairs of automatic adjusters. 2 or 3 of them did have the chain guides included, but the price was the same.

              They seem to be gone

              Bob, I just checked and it seems there are none of the ones I posted about on EBAY. I guess it's possible anyone on this site that might have an extra now would put it up for sale. I sort of wished I had waited another week, all of the ones I found were cheaper than the pair I got.LOL
