i ordered a part from this company by credit card my statement says the took the money!! but when i emailed them as to where my part was they said no one with my name has ordered anything from them and i should re order, my personal opinion is that NO ONE should order from them!!

i am currently checking further to see if the problem ;is with the card as opposed to Beatrice cycle ! i will let you know ,,mo

Did you let them know that the charge for the order was on the card statement? They might ask for a copy of the statement faxed to them, cause it could be they lost the order? This of course would be a reason to consider not doing business with them, unless of course they take steps to rectify the situation quickly once informed.

my apologies to Beatrice cycle ~~ i received two emails today back to back ! the first one says they have no order in my name once again ,,the second one says my parts were on a temporary hold and will be delivered within a few days!despite mine and their confusion the bottom line so far is that parts are on the way thank you Beatrice ,,i will wait and see ,,slow mo
