Grab Bar Badge

I recently purchased a Grab bar badge for my XJ 1100 from Yamahansolo.
badge was in great shape. unfortunately it has a chrome finish on it and the rest of my badges have a gold finish. So here is what i did.

Sanded the surface with some 400 grit wet dry sandpaper.

I then painted it with 2 coats of Testors gold model paint.

After that i sprayed it with 3 coats of Testors Laquer.

You can edit posts for 10 minutes after you post them. Just go back and edit what you posted.

you should still be able to edit your post look in the bottom right corner of the post and it should have an edit button.

I dunno, but if that was Rainbow Eggs, I want in on it...all I am getting lately is RIR eggs...lol
