  • Long ride

Well, I'm planning a coast to coast run in Late April or May. It's been on my "bucket list" for a long time. Last time I did that 35 yrs ago I had a much smaller bike and just about destroyed it trying to keep up with the traffic on the interstate and it was overloaded too. Right now I'm making a list of things to do to Pathfinder before I go. Biggest thing is change the headgasket and adjust the valves. All the rest is little things and mostly regular maintenance. Maybe I can visit a few along the way, toss down a beer and maybe ride through your area together so you can show me the best roads in your area... Probably do the Southern route going East and a little more North going West.

If you come back down through the Sacramento area let me know and we can go for a least a short local ride. Maybe we can setup a relay and shuttle you down south.

        Hi Dick,
have a great ride and stay off the interstate! Plan each day's ride to include a visit to an item of historical &/or scenic significance and to an interesting restaurant.
Take lots of photos. Post them here. Drive us mad with envy.
