Here's a neat trick for clock reassembly:

I've removed the ring off of a round tach(stuck) and speedo(broken needle) for repair. Used a large hose clamp to keep from over bending it when prying it off. Bending it back once everything was repaired and cleaned with a real small hammer. Looked good once finished.

Removed a square speedo ring with a cracked lens. Used 2 hose clamps bent at the corners and pryed it up. Still had to cut 2 corners with a dremel to get it out.
