    It Still Isn't Clear?

Ben made the decision to make public grievence with Kat. Prom made it clear in another post that it would not be tolerated and acted on it. Vincer challenged Prom directly and got banned. Why is that so hard to understand?

Wildkat has never given birthday wishes to EVERYBODY. It has always been to those she choses to give them. She isn't the designated birthday wisher for this site. It's not a requirement that she does it. Everyone is automatically listed at the top of the forum page, so Ben doesn't have anything to complain about. Kat used to be a frequent poster on this site, but since all this garbage started you see very little of her. Basicly it seems she has been driven off the site by anyone that has a real ot imagined issue with her, or have friends that have real or imagined issues that they feel the need to support. Kyle Busch'e gesture to the fans that booed him after the Nationwide race come to mind. Ben was boohooing because he didn't get notice like he thought he should. Well, if someone is not happy with another on this site (Ben-Kat) they are not required to have to comunicate with them or take special notice of them. Throwing a fit over a Birthday Greeting is childish.

If I have pi$$ed anybody of by stating my opinion, too bad. If you can be adults and treat others with curtesy and respect, things like this won't happen to you. There isn't anything difficult to understand here!!!

I am beginning to think that some of these users are "baiting" the MODs to ban them and they will go elsewhere once they are baned. Misery loves company and they will have something to talk about when they get where their going.

There it is in a nutshell. It's plainly stated that CIVIL-toned behavior is expected, and those that didn't or wouldn't 'get it' are now gone...

            Bug,
better be careful, you're walking the line!
Naw... Ol' Bug has just noticed that there's a line that he had no reason to see before.

Of course, then there's other people who already know of the line. They know how long it is, how wide it is, what color it is... know everything about it. Seem to delight in walking right up to it and placing their toes as close to it as they feel they safely can.

Sort of like taunting that mean dog down the street, ain't it? Ya know the dog's on a chain... ya know just how long the dog's chain reaches... and ya stand there, right outside it's arc of travel and throw marbles at it.
'dog's got patience... he's just waiting for ya to trip and stumble across.

Maybe the smart thing for the kid (in the story above)to do would be to go back and play with his friends in their yard instead of going into the neighbor's yard and agitating the dog.

I guess I don't see why stating a grievance with another in the public forum is grounds for being banned. People can argue and still be civil. I guess that the statements that Ben made could be seen as baiting, but then Kat, being a mod should have stayed out of it or at most just posted the link for the global birthday announcements. Her final statement was just as bad or worse than Ben's, especially because of her position as a mod. Those with power are always held to a higher standard than the general populace.

What? Stating the facts is wrong? There's some kind of weird logic going on over there, and it's starting to look infectious...

I'll give CY credit for 'manning up' and admitting his mistake. But most of the others over 'there' don't seem capable of doing that.

And thus the reason for "asking" the ill mannered and misbehaved kids not to come back.

Then again, some kids turn so mean they become the block bully, and are so ill mannered and misbehaved that even their parents have no idea how to control them. And yet, they will be the first ones to go to school to insist their little Johnny was just being a boy when he kicked that other kid in the head and knocked his teeth out, and how dare them single him out and discipline him.

I can't help myself, do you always shoot the things you say you love? Blame them because its easier then seeing what really is going on in a situation like that example? Everyone knows there is no such thing as a BAD DOG or a BAD KID... just bad owners and bad parents. Bad parents allow their kids to make dogs bad.
