OMG!!! I've BEEN there and drove past that. (Or at least I'd put one hand on the
Clymers Manual and raise the other to swear to that effect...)
Looks to be in Lewiston, Idaho on the road that takes you out to the indian reservation. If you're heading up the "Grade" then that road is one of the last turn-offs before there's no way out of that steep climb out of the valley.
(And yes...I did "pass" a few harleys on my way out to buy tobacco for my friend in Lewiston...heh heh heh.)
