This was an e-mail forwarded around at work. All you guys in Kansas and anywhere close should come to this to support, if you've never been to the Cassoday run it's really a great time. It'd be a shame to see it disappear.
The second ride is to help preserve the monthly Cassoday ride on July 14th.
For those unfamiliar, Cassoday is kind of a mini-Sturgis that happens the
first Sunday of every month from March-November. Thousands of riders show up
from all over to check out other bikes, purchase from local vendors, and eat
breakfast. If you have never been, it's a great time. More info on the ride

There is currently a petition circulating through out Cassoday to end the
monthly run. The organizer, Tami, and the local Vendors are asking for rider
support to keep the 19 year old tradition alive.

Cassoday City Council Meeting

The Meeting starts at 7:00pm July 14th and the goal is to meet at the QT in
El Dorado at 6:15 and ride into Cassoday as a group.
For those that would like to go together, we will meet at the McConnell
Visitor's center and depart at 5:15pm for El Dorado.
If anyone doesn't know, McConnell is the base just on the south edge of Wichita. The visitor center is outside the gates so you don't need identification or anything special to sit there and wait. I plan on going and hopefully I'll see a couple of you all as well!
