Bike Names

Being prudent, I decided not to name the bike until it was running reasonably well. Thinking of all types of appropriate names for my '79 Special (with the unbelievably wretched king-queen seat) I settled on one that fits extremely well, thanks to Lando Calrissian. I am now the pilot of the MILLENIUM FALCON. If you remember "The Empire Strikes Back", or if you own three copies of it on Laserdisc like I do, you might recall this quote: "That's the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy!" I couldn't describe it any better myself. My girlfriend has a vintage stuffed Chewbacca who will soon be residing on the k-q seat with me.

So I've got the Falcon out around Oneida Lake, and after strolling around the docks for an hour, she starts bogging down bad. Hyperdrive trouble? No, somebody forgot to turn the petcocks back on...
