hope you are both well ... don't know if you saw my post in the member's lounge regarding not being able to contact the website except with a proxy server?? ... as though my IP were blocked at XS11 ?? .. any ideas?? ... if not, maybe I could get my password reset and sent to my gmail addy??

You're not alone, and it should resolve itself in a few days to a week. The site is not banning your IP, it's just a glitch in the NET, has affected several of US...including me a few weeks ago. Hang in there, it'll get better!
