Well I have some new paint on the bikes. It is a black cherry. I took a bunch of pics because it looks different in different light. What do you think? I am very pleased with it myself.

Love the seat
Your bike looks great, I think the color is cool. Oh & I love the yellow wires- same on mine. Your seat looks fantastic. Really like the small driver backrest type look (makes me wanna sit on it) - it really makes the bike with the color & the chrome backrest too. - Dan'81 XS1100 LH - Midnight Special - been lookin' a long time for this one.

Looks very nice, it picks up the sun very well, and looks almost a darker richer color in the shaded areas. Good job

Thanks for your thoughts on this. I do like the yellow wires myself although it is not to everyones taste. It is a change from the basic black or bright yellow/orange /pink for sure. To each his own and now I own three bikes this color.2-79 XS1100 SF
