    Does it get any better than a late afternoon early evening ride with the honeysuckle and wild roses blooming? How much do the folks in the cars with the air conditioning on miss? So many fragrances including wild flowers, hot asphalt and SKUNK!!!!

    i second this opinion i love this time of year and anticipation of rides to come ,,take care and ride safe ,,slow mo!

      Man I love this time of year...
      Indeed my thoughts recently riding here in NC...the air is sweet with those fragrances...

          The thing I like most about riding, is that the smell of skunk is gone as soon as you get out of the vicinity of the roadkill (almost always the source), where in a cage, the smell while not as intense most of the time, stays around a LOT longer.
