is it always such a pain buying a house , I have been trying to close a deal on house here in San Diego for a while . every time I think we are done its always something else , our closing date was the 5th and first it was the seller didn't have the work done an now its the lender not being able to pull their heads out of the rears . they cant even send a document without it being wrong. Ever notice the (mistake ) never ends up your favor? Just want to provide a home for my family. I work hard and earn my money ,

Best of luck! it is a PITA getting it all rolling... but it sure feels good when it's all paid off and you don't have to worry about it anymore.

Selling one is just as stressful...BTDT....went to closing 3 times before finally getting done

Ours took a month to get straightened out. The errors are NEVER in your favor. Refi is the same way it seems. We went from supposedly getting a 30 year fixed to having a 1 year ARM at the table. When we started to walk away, they redid it into a 15 year with a balloon. Seems they just want to scrape the profit and sell it when it gets mature.
