    Happy mothers day!

    I just got back from riding to the other side of Tulsa to take my mom a single rose, give her a big hug, and wish her a happy mothers day.

    Those of you who still have a living mother had better get busy doing something similar because someday she won't be there.

    I struggle with that reality.

    my youngest boy just showed up with the complete fixin's to cook his mom a mother's day supper, inclding two bottles of wine.

      I've been struggling with that reality since I was 10 years old. It's tough, but you get through. Mothers day for me is a trip to the cemetary, and then share the day with my kids while they treat their mother.

          I thought today was truly going suck without my Mom... but I have an incredibly awesome family that made me feel very special...

          I miss my Mom very much... but I am truly proud to be a Mom myself and very thankful for John and the kids.

          Happy Mother's Day to all the other Mothers too

            Yep, it is amazing how quickly life can change on you. Today was an interesting Mothers Day. But the first day I walked (on crutches) into a restaurant since March so a good one!!

            Happy M-day to all who have birthed a child. And now you know you spend the first two years teaching them to walk and talk, and the rest of their lives telling them to sit down and shut up!!
