I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to TC for taking the time to photograph and post 2nd gear fix.The repair went off without a hitch.It even shifts smoother now.

That is a great tech tip. Helped me as well doing the same repair. It also has so many pictures and steps to so many other parts of the bike to get to the gears, it helps tremendously with clutch or shifting issues as well.Life is what happens while your planning everything else!
