  • Stirring up the locals

A friend on mine just took my bike for a ride (since I cant). He normally rides a 900 Daytona and was full of scorn for my 30 year old 11. Well he was away about an hour and I could hear him for a few minutes when he left and on his way back. He came back with a sh*t eating grin on his face and said "fcuk that thing's fast, It's got more torque than the bloddy space shuttle" I felt good. A couple of minutes after he got back and the bike was safely tucked up in the garage a cop did a slow cruise up my street. He just looked at me and said "dont ask". I'm glad I cant ride at the moment because I have the feeling that there's a ticket waiting to be had by anyone venturing out on my bike for the next week or so.

"More torque than the Space Shuttle" I love it. Might have to find a way of incorporating that into a name for the beast.

            Bette Midler

Said it quite well " F**k em if they can't take a joke" 99.99% of the cops on this planet have their heads up their own attitudes thinking that they are so good that they can't get enough oxygen to their pea brains to recognize reality when it blasts them off the road.

PS Aussie, Aussie, Aussie, OI, OI, OI. Sad that the weather dulled the skills and nearly spoiled a great spectacle.
