  • Had a bad dream last night

Somehow, in this dream, my fork seal hadn't been seated properly (the one I just installed) and the fork had half pulled it out of the sleeve and oil was gushing everywhere...like a slit neck with blood spewing in all directions. It was horrible. Glad it never happened.

Well if you only replaced one, maybe it was the other one you were actually
dreaming about, you know the other one is going to go soon.

Here's one for ya. Ive been working nights and 80 hour weeks. I was sound asleep around 2PM and started having a dream that I was riding a small sport bike and I couldnt make it shift. The rpm seemed be steady but it was getting louder. I couldnt figure out WTF was the matter with it, CV clutch set up?...I cant see the shifter, give it more gas, no increased rpm... Finially woke up to somone weed wacking outside my bedroom window. It was almost a nightmare.

              You got nothin' on me...lol...

I had a realllly weird dream a month or so ago.

I was in an empty fenced field with a barn at one end and there was a huge tortoise out there...it was purple and had hands, and it was standing upright..hopping from one foot to the other and beating it's chest and yelling at me.

I met it in the middle of the field and a bunch of people came outta the barn to cheer us on as I wrestled it to a draw...then we went into the barn where there was a big party in full swing.

I remember telling some lady "I think I'm gonna challenge that tortoise to thumb wrestle...I'm pretty sure I can get third place"..and laughing...

My last thought as I woke up was..."I bet that damned tortoise is on drugs or somethin'"....

I was laughing about that stupid dream all morning...

Heh it should. Nice one, Drake!

You got me started on a '70s Dead kick and I just finished listening to the 01-11-78 show with the first Terrapin Station of the new XS11 year. Now I'm playing a collection of "The Eleven" from different shows/years. Got to love archive.org!

LMAO, thats a good one. I'll admitt Im a sleep talker. My g/f has woken up to me talkin, and at one point I even had to appologise for things I dont remember saying. Last week I aparently called her into the room (I was workin nights) and asked for an ice pack After she put it in my hand I realized I didnt really want it.

I just wish I remembered all those dreams, most of the time I dont but my G/F says some interesting things.

I could tell you about the time I "borrowed" my neighbors flying tractor 'cause I wanted to go fishing......LOL...
