"What they do have is an implacable, unrelenting presence and movement that bespeaks massive power lurking behind paint and chrome. They don't wail like a screeching ninja, the don't rumble like a harley. They just growl like a spactic, stressed out badger waiting to rip your face off and eat your soul." Trainzz~RIP~
I think vetter still makes the brackets for them. Fairing is std, brackets are custom for the different frames. Could be pricey.

Vetter does NOT still make the mount. Alot of existing ones forgot to get a part number stamed on the as to what bike application too. ALL vetter fairings will fit any older bike, even saw one mounted on a ST1100. Actually looked pretty good and looked to be a good job done building the mount. Anyway, different lowers were done for different bike applications, Yammmy, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Honda, honda wings, etc., Fairings had 5 series designations for the full fairings, but bottom side mounted same with same hole spacings for all five.

Reason: add info.
81H Venturer1100 "The Bentley" (on steroids) 97 Yamaha YZ250(age reducer) 92 Honda ST1100 "Twisty"(touring rocket) Age is relative to the number of seconds counted 'airing' out an 85ft. table-top.
Here is another one, not as nice though...dont even know if it would work for the Eleven..
I have the Windjammer III (like that one) on my SF.
I have to use 1/2" spacers on the cross bar with the two large bolts, though.
I took the bracket off to weld it where it had broken, sand blasted it and found the part number. It is for the XS11, but I wonder if the frame is that much different between a Special and a Standard.
I also added supports from the front of the side rails, where the fairing attaches to the mount, back down to the attachment points for the down tubes. The whole outfit was flexing so much it cracked at the cross bar.

Reason: blood to coffee ratio was off
I have a vetter, I think it is a V (5), with lowers and wiring for an XS11, original white, but no bracket. I could possibly be persuaded to make a bracket, and sell the whole package, but shipping such an animal is very costly. I am i central Wisconsin.
