  • Movin' On Up

It's for sure now. House is up for sale, handed in my notice at work, getting separated from the wife and more than half my stuff.Moving up to North Bay Ontario on Lake Nippissing. The roads and scenery is perfect for bikes.
    Also building a bigger shop.
I'll be up here permanently at the end of April. If anyone comes up this way drop in and see me.
    Thx Rick

The way you phrase it, I'm not sure whether I should offer condolences or congratulations...so pick one or both and take them.

I've always wanted to visit Canada. Have to make a road trip of it someday.

I can see maximphil getting nervous already haha! Way to go Rick you found a way out of the city and into "God's country" too bad the riding season is much shorter up there but it's a nice trade off. Did you find one with a full set of teeth?

              Thanks Guys

This was my call so I'm good with it all.
I met a transplant from Southern Ontario with a full set of teeth and a job. Cute as a bugs ear too. Not too sure about her eyesight though, hooking up with a ugly fat old biker like me. I just hid her glasses.
I already met a local biker who is going to show me the best local roads.

Hey Rick: That's alot closer to my neck of the woods. I have been to North Bay lots. My daughter has lived in North Bay for the last 3yrs. She goes to university there. I also lived in Kirkland Lake, north of North Bay where my parents currently are. Hwy#64 from Verner & or Sturgeon Falls to Martin River is one you'll want to take, I use this to go up north - curvey & no traffic. I was just there in March for a Sat. Its 3.5 hrs on the bike from my place. You'll be the closet xs'er to me. Awesome!! Once you get settle in PM me with your address etc & I'll do the same to ya - we'll meet up for sure sometime. Oh & the Timmies in Sturgeon is always full of bikes - finally a northern xs'er - Man alive does it look like I'm xcited - Dan
