    Very Cool

    Hey,
It won't give you the pull our loved 11s will but they're a very cool invention.... if you don't get run over in the process. Would it require ATGATT?

    850 Rear End Mod
2-21 Flashing LED Arrays on either side of license plate for Brake Light Assist, 1100 Lumen Cree Aux Lights,

    Automatic CCT
    1980GH Special, Restored
Stock Exhaust, New Handlebars, 1" Spacer in Fork Springs, Automatic CCT, Showa Rear Shocks
    '82 XJ1100 (Sold)
Automatic CCT, RC Engineering 4 X 1 Exhaust, K&N Pods, #50 Pilot Jets, YICS Eliminator. Sorely missed.

Those things are COOL!! I want one! With a range of 6-10 Kms, and a price tag of $4600 though, I may still lean toward a Segway... The portability factor IS nice though!
      1980 XS850SG - Sold

It's cool but $4450 is a bit much in my opinion, even though it is mostly carbon fiber.

            Fischer Price?? Playskool?? Mattel???

Well....ummm....sorta interesting toy for the kiddies. But for me: FAIL.

Might I remind everyone that by now we're all supposed to be driving a hovercraft to and from work instead of a Toyota Prius?

That when we wanted a little more thrill in our life we'd strap on our Jet-Packs and glide above the neighborhoods while sipping TANG from a spill proof squeeze-bulb?

That's what the 60's and 70's Popular Mechanics/Popular Science had in mind by this time:2010. The "wheel" should have run it's course and died by now.

Darnit!! I refuse to accept this stuff as "truly advanced" cause it's all based on the "wheel" .

Besides, If everyone was blipping around in jet-packs that'd make my "old-school", fossil fuel burning, wheeled XS1100 really be a throw-back to a primitive era. Bonus points for being "Retro."

It just ain't right, I tell ya!?

Well, one thing is for certain.. If you have to bail off the thing you won't be leavin' your onions on the handlebars or landing on that bar.

Might have a chance to duck and dodge.

              Looks mighty cool.
