    Camping in San Jose CA

    Hey all,
Got a buddy on an '02 Royal Star in FL pulling a trailer, going to Sturgis and a few other places on the road but is going to be staying in San Jose for a bit to see family and wants to know if there are any decent, but reasonably priced campgrounds around that area. What I saw on line you could find a motel cheaper:-)
    Thanks........

Let me look, but I think there is a place in Saratoga that is reasonable. There are always the State parks, Big Basin Redwoods State park or a KOA someplace close.
If you do a google on Saratoga Springs in CA, it should come up.

There is Grants Ranch, just over the hill from San jose, not to bad. There's a couple places in Milpitas like Ed Levin state park. Sunol wilderness isn't to far out of town either. Never stayed at any of them tho.
