I was at one of our weekly meetings for another group last night. This guy had a FJ1200. I think he said it was a 1994, but not sure. I really, really liked that bike. I think i could do with one of those. It looked like it had a motor more like a venturer. don't know, it just looked different. Has a large fuel tank, and looks to be fairly comfortable.

Yep, couple of friends of mine used to own FJ's. They ride R1's now. The engine is a bit more difficult to work on than the XS, but they're fast and still have a big following. Link to the FJ forum in case anyone's interested....
