The forum is having issues

Much to my dismay, the forums here are having problems.

At first I thought we were being hacked, but it appears its a server related issue. Apparently they changed something recently.

If you want to stay logged in to the forums, don't log out or clear your cookies.

I am working on this as much as I can, and as soon as I get some answers from the host I will be able to continue.

Well, amazing how a little information can enlighten.

The host for the site both updated and migrated us to a new server last week. The new server configuration is causing the problem. I have a support ticket in at the host and hope to have an answer soon.

I was glad to be able to finally get back in today, but I've had two complete lock-ups where the site just quits.

Message I'm getting is as follows:

www.xs11.com is an alias for xs11.com.
Nameserver trace for xs11.com:
Looking for who is responsible for root zone and followed m.root-servers.net.
Looking for who is responsible for com and followed d.gtld-servers.net.
Looking for who is responsible for xs11.com and followed ns4.vosn.net.

Nameservers for xs11.com:
ns3.vosn.net
ns4.vosn.net
The servers listed are working, but something else might have gone wrong.

Any ideas?

I'm guessing the host is still making changes.

I havent had any issues until today,
i couldnt log in as a member or guest.
was getting a message like 'link broken'
or something similar, wasnt until a short time ago
i was able to log in.

FYI Further Weirdness

Member photos are out.
Some strange behavior on the top menu bar.

Somehow the photos section did not survive the migration. Still trying to figure that out.

The links in the menus are working again, however.
