  • Arctic Cat ZL500 carb questions

I'm in the middle of getting a sled going for a buddy of mine.

A few questions for you Cat guys/gals, for below 2000 ft. elevation.

    1. What is the air screw setting?
    2. What is factory high speed jet size?
    3. What is factory low speed jet size?
    4. Does PTO carb have same jets?
    5. He thinks it's a 1997 or 1998, does it matter for carb info. and possibly other future specs.?
    6. What is idle rpm?
    7. What is fuel heights and how do they measure?

Any other carb info I may be missing at this time feel free......

    Thanks

Someone has been in here (carbs) and had a good ol' time.

Not to start off by slinging mud, but what a way to plug bowl drains.
And have you ever lost one of those float caps.........That was real needle in the hay stack.
I do respect the fact that this is a Yamaha Forum, but just can't help myself. I just can't find better info/support anywhere else.
