Me (on the Valk) and James (on the 81 Wing) are pulling out in the wee hours of Saturday morning.

Sat--Easy run: Dallas-2-Shreveport, LA to visit a friend of James'

Sun--Iron Butt from Shreveport to Hilbert, WI to visit a friend of mine.

Tues--Wed: Hilbert to Inzane---but via over the top of Lake Michigan (camp stop somewhere in there).

Wed,Thur,Fri,Sat--Inzane!

Sun--Inzane to West Virginia to see a friend of mine (mining surveyor, we're going caving!)

Wed--Start down the Blue Ridge parkway. However long it takes, wherever we get the hankering to stop. Don't have to be back in Dallas till Aug 4th. May stop by Tarboro NC to give my wife a smooch (she is visiting her parents there).

Anyway, y'all (Texas term) ride safe, and...

2 nice spots on blue ridge that I saw..
1.water wheel grist mill,virginia I think,good photo op.
2.nice restaurant in Fancy Gap.good home cookin,but name escapes me,good luck.
