      Conversation with Juggy

I actually spoke to the man himself today. He has been on the site watching all the kind comments and wishing him well.
His illness started early last summer and progressed despite seeking medical help. It continued to worsen until the stroke symptoms occurred. Hospitalization followed. He is currently rehabing from home.
The really good news is physically, he is mobile and he expects a full recovery. Vision, hearing, balance, memory and speech continue to be issues but are slowly improving and he also expects a full recovery in these areas.
The best thing of all is this is still the same old Juggy we have come to know. Same attitude, sense of humour and no time for feeling sorry for himself. He doesn't want us to either.
Hopefully he will be back online with us soon and he can speak for himself.
He has commited to taking me out on his big Cabin Cruiser for a waterway tour of the Thousand Islands this summer and then to tour around it on the bikes. Good times for sure.
For what it's worth, I think he will make a full recovery (providing he follows ALL his doctors instructions). I know I feel better.

Written about OssJugHead: "He is finally back home but he doesn't remember very much at all."

Well, then, he's fully qualified to post on the Hot Topics list.

Here's hoping he gets all the way back and quickly.
