Worst weather in 28 years in ireland

    Hi folks
here are some photos of our back yard, its 1.30 AM. I know over in the US and CANADA ,You have heavy snow each year , but on this little island called IRELAND, all we really get is RAIN ,RAIN, And more rain .So as you can see by the photos, we are having some of worst weather since 1982, was the last very heavy snow fall, and lowest temp drop for this time of the year in 50 years . -12 DEGREES .Probably a walk in the park for some of you folks . But i love the snow but my 2h7 does not brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!

The weather shifts and cycles everywhere.

It hasn't been this cold in Oklahoma since 1940. I think is what I read in the paper.

It's supposed to get down around 0 tonight. That's fahrenheit, about -18 celsius wayneo.

But it'll be in the lower to mid 50s by wednesday.

I'll be goin' for a ride!!!

                        FYI
I looked again this morning while I was drinking coffee instead of beer like I was last night and found this in Tulsa climatology records.

All Time Record Low Temperature in Tulsa (1905-present): -16°F January 22, 1930
                        I guess I was off 10 years.

Where's good old Al when you need him eh. So far this winter we have not seen the BIG DEEP FREEZE of January which suits me fine. 70 days till spring... or is that 70 days till global warming? For Al, spring would likely be a sign of global warming LOL LOL.
