Most of the people on this post don't know what you are looking for. I do NOT have any of my old books, so I can't help. I DID move the post, as you need to post a question of this nature in the "members lounge", not the "xs11" forum. This IS a motorcycle forum, and most people here do not know about the IC you are looking for.

Ray, that's the advance IC in the '81 4RO TCI.

BRC, forget it. BTDT, it's not a commercially produced IC. Hitachi made it for Yamaha. Closest I ever came to matching it was an EPROM, but pinout and programming is a mystery.

@ Moderator : This IC is component from TID11-01A (TCI) kawasaki KZ200 Motorcycle.
@ Randy : In my opinion this is not Eprom, maybe Microcontroller or Op. Amp. In Chine Electronic Supplier still much to sell, but I hesitated to buy it .

Currently I'm designing TCI to replace TID11-01A with use IC Op Amp. I Need support so that my TCI as same as performance TID11-01A with HA1825P.
