What brought all this up is this. Linda Brown, Townsend Browns daughter released rare 1958 footage of some of his experiments.

This explains why our Atomic clocks would be off some after coming back down from orbit. Times slows down away from gravity.

A good example would be the Philadelphia experiment. Einstein shredded his notes after this one they claim. I think not. New propulsion systems, anti-gravity and maybe some type of time travel is possible in these experiments.
