Bikerphil at the real Alice's Restaurant in Stockbridge Mass, 2002. When I was there in the summer, I walked in, and sure enough they were serving food.

          Well,

Not to get too maudlin, I'm thankful that I have a JOB! I hope and wish for folks that are in tougher straights that things will turn for the better soon. I'm thankful for all of our fine military folk that are preserving our way of life and keeping us safe at home while sacrificing their time and regrettably even their lives! I'm thankful for a wife that tolerates and still loves me. I'm also thankful for a MOM of 82 years old who's still going strong (and hopefully her longevity genes). I'm thankful that I got to know my Dad for the short time that I did, him having passed on in 2000. I never had any children from my own loins, but I've become a decent step grandfather and granduncle.

I'm thankful for all of my extended XS11 family here, having met a fair number of you all in person. I'm thankful to have at least known thru this site, the other fine members here, especially the ones that have left this ORB way too soon to check out the twisties in the great beyond.

Okay, I guess I didn't live up to my first line here, I'll stop typing now so I can wipe the tears from my eyes.

Peace, Love, and Joy to everyone today.

DAMMIT TC! I swore I wasn't going to cry

Seriously, I'm thankful for the same things. Except, I have 8 kids and no wife.

Have a very, very happy and blessed Thanksgiving my brother.

Just for you Kat, a recent live version!

Well, ok, that and I missed the annual playing on the radio since I was wrenching on a bike in my garage where I have no tunes. (Yes, that is a violation of state law)

Thankful for a warm bed to sleep in. I slept in a greyhound bus last night on the way to New Orleans. Relaxing in a motel room now. Catch my ship this Saturday. Off to the high seas. Wish everyone well during the holidays.

Well friends, made it back to New Delhi, two days later than planned, flying home Sunday night, it was a difficult trip, but put it in the books, it's done. and in the spirit of the original thread, I'm thankful to have an internet connection again and some contact with the western world, it's been over a week since I spoke to the other half, she was elated to hear from me to say the least. hope everyone's thanksgivings were good, I can say I did eat some kind of poultry product albeit curried. that's all I got, have a nice day and ride safe
