  • Haven't been on the board in a while- this is why:

Been pretty busy getting the bike biz up and going, and have ventured into selling mopeds in Hawaii. Not just any moped, mind you, but custom bobbers instead, 50cc fully auto chinese horizontal engines that can make no more than 2hp, can't go over 30mph, but give lots of smiles!

The speed limit is 30mph in much of Hawaii, especially when not in Honolulu itself.
So I took some pics of us last week "testing" them in Kalapana, Hawaii. Gorgeous views!

Yep, still have a dodge truck LOL- they are kikker chassis, but kikkers don't make 50cc bikes, and I had alot of stuff to do to make them legal.

I have a house in Hawaii and Alaska. Invested in land there in the late 80s.

Those DO look like they would be fun! What Island are you on? I'll be on Oahu December 3 through 8 of this year. If that's your Island, send me a pm.

Oh, Oahu won't have them until after spring of '10- big Island gets them first, though the pre-orders are coming mostly from Waikiki. Probably about 120 of them will hit Waikiki sometime around April-ish.
