Buyers backed out

Sheeet we are not going anywhere..still stuck in NJ...buyers backed out...wouldnt be the 1st time I'm sure...so it looks as though I jumped the gun with the news...

Third times' a charm

Since my last post here we had a 2nd buyer go to contract but then balked at the last min However we have 3rd party now and today was the last day of attorney review...havent heard back from the realtor or lawyer but it would appear we got it sold this time. The housing market is sucking for sellers...its a buyer's market...so we had to come down about $25k but stilll we feel good about it..next year housing prices are expected to keep falling off due to even more foreclosures...so we're glad to be getting out now...If indeed it goes thru...closing will be at the end of this month...then its on to NC baby!

Who knows, though... if it don't go through, you did get a new governor, right??? But, sounds like it'll take more than just a change @ the Governor's mansion to fix Jersey's woes... but, maybe it's a start...

Thanks... Yes it did hurt in fact thats' the main reason I put the Windjammer back on the XJ...but it will never be what the ST was. One day soon I hope to have another Sport-Tourer be it an ST or something else...Just dont want to use my old XJ for the real LD rides although I have close to 8000 miles on the old bike just since May BTW...We are in "Contract Pending" mode on the housesale...it wont be considered sold 'til the closing which will be Nov.30th
