That is one for memory lane. It was Electric Avenue that I did 150 on, when I used to barrow (some would say steal), my old mans '81 special. I don't know about speedo error and such, but I weighed like less than 130 pounds, redlined thru the 1st four gears and started my braking when I started getting lifted off the bike. After that, started disconnecting the speedo cable before I took any "Midnight Runs". Wouldn't want to show any milage.
Yes, it was wrong, but the bike was just sitting there not being used.
