If you've gone this long without one.....you should ask yourself, "for 10 grand do I really need one and what will I do with it once it's built?" I got a 3 car garage and a story and 1/2 barn full of STUFF and there's just enough room for the XS11 SWMBO is a hoarder and I have to admit that after 20 years of marriage, I have become one too. That along with the inevitable "friends" that bring you junk that they don't want to throw away, but is still useless so you get it, since you have all that extra space now.
